Product Description – NEW EDC Xuan Jia

The Xuan Jia, designed by NEW EDC, is a linked arc-shaped mechanical EDC slider that combines surreal sci-fi styling with an ergonomic curved form designed to fit naturally in the palm.

Pushing the slider up and down activates the internal linked engine mechanism, visible through the hollowed shell. As the mechanism moves, the internal components rotate, open, and close together, creating synchronized mechanical motion with clearly defined tactile feedback and crisp acoustic response.

A curved hidden suspension track with stepped grooves keeps the main sliding surfaces separated during operation, helping reduce friction marks while maintaining smooth, consistent movement throughout the stroke.

The removable bottom shell provides direct access to the internal springs and beads, allowing the mechanical feel and feedback to be adjusted through component changes. Rear lanyard holes can be used to add cord for additional grip and customization.

Four small wheels integrated into the body can also rotate independently, adding another tactile interaction beyond the main sliding mechanism.

With its linked engine movement, suspended stepped track, replaceable springs and beads, independent rotating wheels, and multi-layer mechanical feedback, the Xuan Jia combines visible mechanical motion with multiple ways to fidget in one distinctive EDC slider.
