Welcome to MightyEDC! We provide a secure and convenient checkout experience. Currently, we support the following payment methods:

Available Payment Methods

  • Shopify Payments (accepts major credit & debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and digital wallets like Apple Pay / Google Pay in supported regions).
  • PayPal (pay with PayPal balance, linked cards/bank accounts, or PayPal “Pay in 4/Installments” where available).

Note: Available payment options may vary depending on your country, currency, or device.


Checkout Process

  1. Add items to cart and click Checkout.
  2. Enter your shipping and contact information.
  3. Choose your preferred payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Card via Shopify Payments (securely processed).
    • PayPal login and authorize the payment.
  4. Confirm and place your order.
  5. You will receive an order confirmation email (and SMS if enabled).


Currency & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in [your store’s base currency, e.g., USD].
  • If you pay in another currency, the conversion rate is determined by your card issuer or PayPal, which may differ slightly from live rates.
  • For cross-border payments, your bank may charge a small foreign transaction fee.


Security & Compliance

  • Our checkout uses SSL/TLS encryption throughout.
  • Card payments are processed through Shopify Payments (PCI DSS compliant). We never store or see your full card details.
  • Fraud protection and 3D Secure authentication (in supported regions) are enabled, so some payments may require SMS/app verification.


Common Payment Issues

Your payment may fail or be declined due to:

  • Insufficient balance or card limit reached.
  • Cardholder name, billing address, or CVC not matching bank records.
  • Multiple attempts or unusual activity triggering fraud checks.
  • PayPal account restrictions or incomplete verification.
  • Unstable internet connection.

How to resolve:

  • Double-check your card details and billing address.
  • Try a different card or switch to PayPal.
  • Contact your bank or PayPal for more information.

Invoice & Billing

  • An electronic order confirmation will be emailed after purchase.
  • For a formal invoice (e.g., company details), please contact us at info.MightyEDC@gmail.com after placing your order.
  • Your statement may show charges from MightyEDC or Payment Processor’s Name.


Refunds & Returns (with our Return Policy)

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method:
    • Cards via Shopify Payments: usually 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
    • PayPal: usually instant to 5 business days.
  • Small differences may occur due to exchange rates or bank fees in international transactions.
  • If your order has shipped, refunds will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.


Taxes & Duties

  • Product prices may include import duties, VAT, or customs fees (where applicable).
  • These charges are assessed by your country’s customs office and collected by the courier.
  • Please check local import regulations before ordering.


Order Status & Notifications

  • After payment, you’ll receive order confirmation; when shipped, you’ll receive tracking information.
  • If payment shows as pending/on hold:
    • Card payments may be under review by the bank.
    • PayPal eCheck takes several days to clear.
      We will ship once payment is confirmed.


Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Which cards are accepted?
A: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other cards supported by Shopify Payments (availability may vary).

Q2: Do you offer installment payments?
A: If PayPal “Pay in 4/Installments” is available in your region, it will appear during checkout. Card installments depend on your card issuer.

Q3: Why do I see two charges?
A: One may be a temporary pre-authorization hold to confirm funds. The extra hold will be released automatically by your bank.

Q4: Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
A: No, payment method cannot be changed after purchase. You may cancel/refund and place a new order with your preferred method.

Q5: Do you accept Cash on Delivery or bank transfers?
A: Not at the moment. We currently accept only Shopify Payments and PayPal.
