Zhen Ting

Product Description – Zhen Ting Sword

The TIER I Zhen Ting Sword is a sword-inspired EDC fidget designed for palm-sized mechanical interaction. Featuring a blade-free, non-sharp construction, it captures the satisfying ritual of drawing and sheathing a sword in a compact, interactive design. Its mechanical tension and distinctive movements bring the experience of a sword draw right to your fingertips.

At the top, a magnetic floating rotor can be held and spun independently of the sword body, delivering smooth, extended rotation without unwanted surface friction. A dual-ball groove ratchet mechanism provides clear, evenly spaced clicks as the rotor turns, with consistent resistance and well-defined tactile feedback.

The scabbard features a spring-loaded release mechanism that allows the sword body to be flicked outward. Releasing it triggers an automatic spring return, smoothly bringing the sword back into its original position. This creates a satisfying draw-and-return action with crisp mechanical feedback.

For added sensory detail, the scabbard incorporates a dual-sided tuning fork structure. The vibrations generated during the draw and return actions activate the tuning fork, producing a distinctive sword-like chime accompanied by subtle vibration.

The sword also supports interchangeable Blood Copper blade-style accessories, which can be removed and replaced to customize its appearance and create different visual configurations.

Combining a blade-free design, magnetic floating rotor, ratchet mechanism, spring-loaded return system, and resonant tuning fork structure, the TIER I Zhen Ting Sword delivers a distinctive multi-mechanism EDC fidget experience.
